Link Access Query with Calculated Fields to Excel

    Hi,

I would like to link my excel file to an access query that has multiple calculated fields. These calculated fields use functions that are not supported by excel such as NZ() and they DLookup to find data from multiple tables.

I have tried using the import function in excel however, I get errors saying NZ is not supported. And when I changed my NZ function to IIF functions, I began to get "Too few parameters. Expected 2" errors.

I have tried other ways such as using vba to open access and run an export macro and then importing the data from the exported .xls file. But I would prefer a way where I do not have to open access at all.

    You can't import/export formulae.
you must rebuild it in Access qrys.
