Lost Characters while migrating to mysql collating order 1034 not even supports them.

Recently I decided to migrate my db to mysql, so a little problem appear.

I stored several characters from the character's map of windows they all vanished into '?' so I decided to make a little research.
My database is currently in collation order 1034 (Espaņol), so I checked the codepage for 1034 which seems to be cp1252 and the characters I mentioned don't even exist in the codepage.
I'm a little bit confused xD could someone enlight me?

I want to migrate to mysql without lossing those characters.

This seems a limitation of MySQL have you tried finding a MySQL forum to ask this on?
