This is my first post so please bare with me



I am fairly new to creating Web Access Apps in SharePoint 2013. I created one for an Inspection report. The user will fill out the report then click the save button, and all works well. They also have an email button that is controlled by a Data Macro with the data action Send Email, when clicked it will send an email stating that the inspection report has been completed, and has a few fields in it from the form that was filled out. Those fields are Order Number, Date Loaded and Destination. No matter how many reports are added it will always use the information from the very first form that was filled out.
