    Dynamicaly populate a form.

    Hi

is it possible to dynamically populate a form?

I have a table that I want to be able to run multiple queries on and display the results on a form.

ie if I have a table which includes all deaths listed in 5 different churches - I would have 5 queries to list the individual churches on a form -dynaset.

Is there a way to have one form to list the result of the query ?

Sorry if I'm not being clear I'm sort of confusing myself.

If I was doing this on a web site I's just use a template and placeholders but access is another area

    thanks

sounds like you want a form with 5 subforms each pulling from a different query based on the church. would a form filter work better try looking at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8N1hRBdsI1s
or my personal favorite that i use is http://www.allenbrowne.com/ser-62.html

    Ian,

I think you could create a query and group by Church and get what you need, but I haven't seen your tables, so details may say differently.
If you want data to be displayed with grouping/sorting you could just use a query as a recordsource for report. Use report' sorting/grouping as required.
