Is it possible to take a query with multiple columns and condense the information down to one column? See attached. All of the information is the same I just divided it out for the form/entering purposes.Entering Form.zip
Thank you!

if I've understood you correctly, your table is not designed properly and you want to redesign it with just the following columns
firstname
lastname
living/deceased (they have to be one or the other)
treelocation
etc
and this will be populated with up to 10 rows per something (not sure what)
is this correct?
Yes, that is correct. I built the table and it works well with the entering form but not when it comes to running a report. So I either need to figure out how I to do a form to enter multiple names every year and redesign the table. When I did redesign the table it messed with my other event information because some of the Donors have multiple names and tree locations so it only linked those donors and wouldn't allow me to search by any other names in the donor table.
