Question Newbie: How to filter depending on previous selected.

I am lost with a really simple thing, sorry for that.

I need to build an Access database with products.
The selectable options should be filtered depending on previous choices.

Size "Medium" can be model A-B and those models can have none or basic config.
Size "Large" can be model C and have only “none” as config.

    Product# Size Model Config
    123 Medium A Basic
    124 Large C None

Where do I start? Any example files?
    Thanks in advance.
