Exclamation No startup option to add to the quick access toolbar

Startup doesn't appear at all. I'm trying to prevent the access window from displaying when my database displays so that it looks like it's own application. Everything tells me that those options are in the startup. I've gone through file/options/customize the ribbon OR quick access tool bar...selected "all commands" and startup is not in that list. Any help??Click image for larger version.

AFAIK that is not a native option but maybe this link will shed some light on the topic: https://www.accessforums.net/forms/a...con-57313.html
