Taking a large Excel workbook and creating a database

I have an extremely large amount of data 21 columns over 7000 rows attacthed is a sample of the data I need to track and create a database for. There are 113 pieces of equipment 4 different models, meaning different parts tracking only small variations. There are about 60 components per truck. I have tried to import but it will give me null values and such, so I figure I will create the tables and relationships. I also have one table that has all 113 equip numbers along with the date the hours were updated and the current hours for updating the equip hours. I will be tracking all the current components and when one is changed out I have to update the record and also have a history of it. TLDR; help I am stumped how do I split this into tables correctly. Thanks.TestData.txt

That is really a very small amount of data.

Learn relational database principles and design. Here is a good tutorial site. http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/

Is this data for tracking maintenance? Maintenance db topic of numerous threads. Have you searched?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Small amount? That's one truck out of 112, I have searched but I will broaden the parameters I had seen a couple with good directions just nothing with that many items.
