Substitute new table with same name

    Hello,
I would like to bring into my dataset a table that has the same structure and name as an existing table.

is there any problem with simply renaming or deleting the existing table, importing the new table, and giving it the name of the now removed table? Will the relationships, queries, etc. work with a new table that has the same name and structure?

is there a better way to do this? I have to do it often with several tables.

    thanks for any help.

I think you'll lose relationships. I'd delete and repopulate the table.

make a copy of your database, then try it on the copy.
i do this frequently on databases that don't have relationships... not sure how it acts with relationships.

Be sure to turn off Auto-Corrupt...errr, I mean Auto-Correct.

But I agree with Paul; if you have relationships established, I would execute a delete query, then an append query.
