    Printing Specific Records

    Hi.

Lets say my database has two columns. One that either says Ineligible or Eligible and the other that says Yes, Ineligible or it is blank.

Is it possible to only print the data from the first column where it says "Eligible" and where the second column is blank on a report? I have the report set up to print but as it stands, it will print every row in my database when I only need it to print selected rows.

I have looked on the net and it looks like groupings may help but I can't seem to figure out how to correctly set this up.

Why two columns with apparently same info?

Apply filter criteria to report. Several ways to accomplish.

    1. static parameters in a query that is used as the report RecordSource

    2. static parameters in report Filter property

    3. dynamic parameters that reference controls on form, review http://www.allenbrowne.com/ser-62.html
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
