    Query, show top 10


    Hi, I have a query with some 100 records and one of the columne is a number. The number is sorted descending. Now I want that the query shows only the top 10 records. In excel you can filter by top 10, how can I do that in access.

    Open your query in design mode.

    On the Query Design toolbar, change the "Top Values" pull down button from "All" to "10".

    Run your query.

    or add the words "TOP 10" after your SELECT statement in the SQL view.
