Microsoft Advance Access, Comprehensive Excel and SQl web based training.

I would like to take a Microsoft Advance Access, Comprehensive Excel and SQL web based training.

My employer will be funding the classes.

Does anyone have any recommendations on any worth while sites that I can actually learn from?

Would anyone recommend any of the sites listed below?
If so which one might be better?

    www.pluralsight.com

    www.lynda.com

    or

    www.webucator.com

    Thank You

Each time I have tried pluralsight or Lynda, I felt as though I was still missing something. Although, I have not tried to learn about Access from these sights. I think you want to use web tutorials because your boss is going to foot the bill and web tutorials will help account for your time spent learning. I think the best way to learn Access would be to read a book like Access Step By Step. Simply, read it front to back and resist participating in any examples/samples.

Normally, I would recommend Access Inside Out as a next step. The only reason I would hesitate is because the book is heavy with the Web Database. It does cover a lot of Desktop and VBA too. You just have to be sure to download the companion chapters. I would use something like Inside Out to practice the examples and start your first application.

For learning VBA I would use this

For SQL I would use the Query Builder in Access and this website as reference.

Ive always had an awesome learning experience with CBT Nuggets, they are how I got my MCSA in Server 2012R2 and my Comptia A+ and Security+

I can not fully recommend the Access training as I have no hands on experience with that one.

But I trust this site and their format and the instructors.

Also, two monitors is the only way to go for this.
