    OK, PM me your email and I will create a user profile for you on the Team Site. The site will email you the details, login, etc.

    Later today or tomorrow morning I will upload my notes to the site (not much) and send you a message from the site. Hopefully I did not scare off SabotageMyself. I think he feels overwhelmed and understandably so.

    @SabotageMyself
    Don't worry, you're in good hands. I feel confident we can help you out. As you mentioned, you do not have a crazy time constraint.

    You guys are great. Tomorrow I can upload the forms I use everyday and we can see if this project is possible. I have realized that what I wanted is more than I could learn and implement effectively without professional courses. Thank you again Itsme and ssanfu.

    I will post here tomorrow when I upload those files.

    SabotageMyself,

    Stumbled upon your post here, former airforce fire (navy civi right now). I am the PPE guy here, and was at my previous base, I was wondering if you implemented or use 1851 compliance checklists where you at since this post? Something like an excel line-item sheet, checking off all areas and such. If so, would you mind me PM'ing you?

    I believe I remember SabotageMyself from a year or so ago. He was creating a database for his fire department in excel. He did a really great job. Maybe just add on to that database.

    I am currently looking for a Fire based PPE inspection database as you have mentioned. Would you mind sharing what you came up with. I work for a volunteer department so budget is very limited for this type of thing.

    Notice that this thread started in 2015, then a couple of posts in 2017.

    You probably will not get any responses because of the length of time that has passed.
    Also, because you posted here asking for help (looking for a dB), you have "Hi-jacked" this thread.

    You should have started/need to start your own thread (and maybe reference this thread) - you might get more responses. Just sayn'........

    Use shift key bypass - hold down shift key while opening db.

    Or enter the username and password specified in the Word doc.
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
