I have two people working with the same access file. Those two people inputing the same table. Is it possible to sync those two table?
I tried to import data from external access data, but it just create another table.

I believe your two people would generate a lot of sych conflicts and lose data within your table.
I'm not an expert but I would create 4 databases (1-Design Master, 1-Hub, 2-Workers). The design master would be for you to generate changes to the database which you would synch to your Hub (located possibly on a shared network) your 2 worker databases would be for each of your users to enter information into the same tables, being a replica it would generate unique fields which will allow the two users to make changes to the same table. Your two users would synch their (worker) databases to the network hub, where they would receive updates form your design master and each other.
