    Timed Macro

I have an Access 2010 Database created for the 5 user's. I need to set up a macro that will shut down the Database at 6:00 PM each day to be sure all of the user's are signed off so that an automated update/backup system will run. The system will not run if the file is open. I know I can do a macro that will close Access Have done it many times but not sure how to have it execute everyday at a specific time. Any thoughts?
