Help creating a SQL query with multiple search boxes

    Hi Everyone,

Apologies I am new so if this turns out to be extremely easy bear with me.
I need to create a search function using SQL that will allow me to search through each of the fields using the search box above. The

catch being that if there is text in two search boxes I want to filter it through both.

Allen Browne has code for a search form - builds the SQL on -the-fly.
