    Creating Labels in Access

I am using an old Access Database table from 2003 version (or maybe earlier), and have the data table complete.

I need to create labels and follow the wizard, only to be asked to Enter a Parameter (TRIM) at the end. I have no idea what to enter or why this is requested. If I guess a figure then the labels appear but the first line entry is quoted as Error. I am following the Wizard carefully and using the correct labels code.

Any advice please? And in simple to understand language............................

I never use the wizards because they do stuff I don't like and are limiting. I also have no idea what Parameter (TRIM) is asking for. So I just did test and created a label report with the wizard. It did not ask me to enter parameter. The completed report shows an expression in textbox: =Trim([BranchID] & [BranchName] & [Sections])

This is just creating a report object in Access. This can be done manually just like with any report.
