    font issue in access

I have finally accepted the fact that I must use Access 2013, because my old Access 2003 has problems, especially going back and forth.

Strange thing is happening. After installing office 2013 on my computer, I took my clients front and backend (access 2013) and copied it to my computer. Great, everything works.

Now I opened the database of my client (which is cloud based), and so far I noticed on one form, that command buttons captions are blank. Strange, I thought, since everything is perfect on my computer. I figured out, that the cloud database seems to be missing fonts, which mine does not. The cloud software seems to be missing Ariel Narrow, which I used to fit the description. That is not an unusual font, it is actually listed as a font in the drop down list.
    What seems to be wrong?

No idea. I haven't used Access 2013 or 'cloud' database.

I can only suggest you try other fonts. See if the issue persists.

You could ask the cloud administrator to install the font.

Our cloud was locked down so tight I had to ask to get Notepad installed for my use.
BTW, we do have the Ariel Narrow font available.
