Making reports based on look-up field values

Hello,



I am tracking inventory (with unique serial numbers) and I am using look-up fields in all my tables so that the same serial numbers are continuous throughout each step of the entire process. I would like to create a report so that I can search a unique serial number and see exactly which tables the serial number has been entered into.
