Subreport prints on next page for some users

I have a report with a subreport that only ever has enough information for everything to appear on one page. Everything is set as "Keep together". The report has been working fine for years but now all of a sudden, a new user preview's the report and the subreport section appears on page 2 where it should be all on one page. When I preview the report from my terminal, it's fine (all on one page) but when the other user preview's it, it comes out on 2 pages. What am I missing?

Dont know if it would effect it but maybe the printer settings. Might try changing the margins to see if it changes. can't think of any other possibilities. Would like to know when you find out.
