    Option Explicit default

I seem to remember you could set a default to include the Option Explicit statement automatically when creating a new code module. I cannot find where to do that in Access 2010. Didn't there used to be an option to do this or am I thinking of VB6?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for your feedback but it looks like the example is from Access 2003 maybe? I'm using Access 2010 and I still can't find the Editor Options in this version.

Open up the VB Editor (Alt-F11).
Click "Tools" and then "Options". Then click on "Require Variable Declaration" checkbox.

Got it. Thanks. I was looking at the Access options instead of the VB Editor options.
