Form with VBA code giving Error

I have a form with VBA code behind it. Whenever I run the form, and trigger the VBA code, I receive the following error:
"The expression After Update you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: A problem occurred while Microsoft Office Access was communicating with the OLE Server or ActiveX Control.
    * The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a user-defined function, or [Event Procedure]
    * There may have been an error evaluating the function, event, or macro"

I have commented all code in the After Update procedure and tried it and received the same error. I then removed the [Event Procedure] from the Property and did not receive the error when I processed the form.

I also have VBA code the form's On Load and a button's Click properties, and they give the same error as above except the procedure After Update is replaced with the respective procedure name.

We need something to analyse. Post code or provide the database. Follow instructions at bottom of my post. Identify the form involved.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
