Question Add to the dropdown list

I have a combo box in my form that is bound to a table that contains the choices. Right now I have it set to allowing someone to add their own item, however how can I get that item to be included in the dropdown list in the future? I'm not that concerned with allowing this as it is a list of employees who may enter information into the database, and we often have temp employees who do so, so I would like them to be able to add their name to the list. I have added the permenent employees who use the database to the list myself. TIA for any assistance!

Search here for "notinlist", which should turn up code to do this. Note you would need to change the Limit to List property of the combo to Yes.
