How Can I Precisely Center-Align Controls on a Form?

I'm using Access 2013 and have a question about arranging controls on a form.

In the Arrange/Align section, I noticed there is not an option for CENTER. There is Top, Bottom, Left, and Right.

I'd like to center-align a few controls. In lieu of an alignment option specifically for center, what would be the best way to do this, and ensure precise alignment? Thank you.

PS: If there is an option somewhere for aligning via center, I am missing it.

Physically center the control on form by aligning middle of control with mid-point of horizontal ruler. Then set the TextAlign property to Center.

As a cheat for this, because I have hard time reading the ruler at the top, I place a Textbox on the Form and stretch it so that it spans the entire width of the Form. Access places two dots to mark the midpoint of the width of the Textbox. Using the <Up Arrow> and <Down Arrow> you can move this Textbox to wherever you need to mid-align a Control.
The problem with making anything foolproof...is that fools are so darn ingenious!
