Strip Security from Access 2003

I need to move an Access 2003 database from a windows 2003 server to a Windows 2008 server with Access 2007.
My plan is to strip all security before I move. How can I remove all security from an Access 2003 database?

I guess that depends on what you mean by "all security."

If your security is in the form of UAC (you're using a custom .MDW file), then all you have to do is change the link back to the original SYSTEM.MDW.

If your security is a password protected database, then just open the database and then remove the password.

There isn't one for Access 2007. Before 2007, it was a separate program called the "Workgroup Administrator" (WRKGRP.EXE). In 2007, they removed that separate program and placed it in Access itself.
