Populate outlook calendar from access

I've created a db for a group working on the repairs needed after Super storm Sandy.


In the db I have captured arrival and departure dates of work teams coming in to help.
Does anyone know how I can populate an Outlook calendar from the db table?

I have stripped down my db to the tables in question.
I would like to capture the
Group Name GrpName
Arrival Date GrpArrDate
Departure Date GrpDeptDate
onto the Outlook calendar

Before I bother to download your db, have you attempted code? If so, what happens? Error message, wrong results, nothing?

I have not attempted code,
I've worked with Access for years but I'm very week when it comes to generating code.

I gave you an example to start with. It looks quite simple. Make an attempt to adapt and when you have specific issue, post it for analysis.
