The Data Has Been Changed Error

I have a SQL database with an Access front end that keeps giving me an error "The data has been changed... another user has edited the record..."

I'm the only user on it, and I'm trying to edit it directly from the table. I already checked my indexes and changed all the bits to ints (that caused a problem a different time), and I'm stuck.

    Does anyone have any advice?

Did you ever get any ideas on this one? I'd try de-linking and re-linking the table from the front end, and see whether that fixed it.

If not, I'd de-link again and see if the backend had a problem by itself when not linked.

If not, I'd clone the backend, link the frontend to the cloned backend, and see if that setup had the problem.

It's structured flailing, as opposed to random flailing.

I did... thank you. I had a query running in a different database that was manipulating the data. Thanks!
