    Member Check in and out

Hi Everyone-I am looking to create a setup where I can check in and check out members who have been issued a pass. Basically I want to enter their pass number, and then click an on screen button to "check in" the person to the pool. When that person leaves, I want to enter their pass number again, and click check out. What is the best way to do this? Currently, I have everyone stored in a table with separate fname and lname and pass number fields. I also want to be able to run reports on who checked in and out when (which I can setup myself, I just cannot figure out the best way do the check in and out)

You might look at the Microsoft Access Lending Library template database. Instead of checking in/out books you check in/out passes. If nothing else, it might give you ideas.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
