Dynamic Label in report

I would like to add a label that uses the criteria used in the report in the text.

for example;

Month over month report for "[Month]"



or

Year over year report for "[Department]" in "[Year]"

what is the sytax to get this done within a label?

Use a textbox with a control source of:

="Month over month report for: " & [Month]
