Total all months in query or report

I need forced months in a crosstab query to give me a total for the year by company.

Attached is snapshots of the query and report. If I can some how do this in a report that will work as well.

I have tried the NZ() frunction but have had no luck. I can use that function by month in colums but not across for all months in the report.

I need to go across in the detail section of the report that must equal that of the company. When I use the NZ() function I get the same sum for every company. I need it to total each company separately.

If you wrap the Nz() function around the sum in your value field it will show zero for months with no activity. This can then be summed in your report.

Also why are you using the CCur(Amount)? it does not matter what the number is in you query you would then use the Format([Amount],"Currency") in your report. This is cosmetic, for display purposes only.
This will enable you to have it as a sum and not an expression.

I figured it out. One of my columns that is named Total: Sum(CCur([amt paid])) I used Total in this manner. Fiscal Total: Sum([Total]) ... Expression .... Row heading
This gave me the total for the entire year.

    Thanks for your help though!
