Silly Question Probably, Hide Forms Then Db cant find them

I am using a Custom Menu for my database and was told that I should hide the form for security purposes since I am about to go to market with one. But then if I hide the main form for sure my menu does not see it.I don't understand since if I call the forms from the main form they work fine. Can someone explain this to me? What other options do I have? I dont know how to use any other menu system and I like the one I have.It has to be called from some sort of code. I am NOT proficient in vba and dont know how to make any menu system other than these switchboards which to me are just another menu like what I have.

    Thanks,

What do you mean by 'hide' - in the Navigation Pane?

yes, click on form, right click/view properties. That's what I was trying to say.

I have never used switchboards so not familiar with all the quirks. Don't understand why hiding in the Navigation Pane makes the form unavailable for the switchboard. So I did some testing. Created a switchboard. Hid form that button on switchboard opens. Still works. Can't replicate your issue. Maybe I still don't understand the issue.

Oh wait, you are talking about calling forms from a custom menu bar, not menu form (like in your other post)?

Why set a form as hidden if the Navigation Pane is not available to user?
