    Unhappy Access 2010 to sql 2012 express

    I have a Access 2010 db and successfully upsize/linked to SQL2012. But the problem is my calculation/calculated field did not migrate properly and i lost all my calculation and aother things is the attachment field doesn't seem to work....




    Help please....

    SQL databases don't have calculated or attachment fields. These will not migrate. Period.

    Will have to modify the frontend to do calcs in query.

    An attachment field is really a multi-value field. Will have to save files externally and save path to the file in a text field. If there is more than one attachment per record will need related child table.

    Tnx for the hint/advice June7, well i guess i need to make a lot of changes in my db... But just one last question is there any way to insert different images for each record using ACCESS2010 FRONTEND??
