Query/Relationship/Design Problem. Popup form not displaying correct data.

I have managed to get myself lost again.Brain fart or whatever! Popup CreditCardInformation form not working right. It does not show the same criteria as the subform OrdersPaymentSub. It should show the PaymentMethod,Payment,DatePaid. Also, I have it disabling the field CheckNo if users chooses a credit card, but it disables ALL the fields, not just the current one?



I have fallen and I can't get up !!!
