QRY: Largest Purcase with $ & M/D/YY and Most recent Purch w $ & M/D/YY not working

What I am trying to end up with is something that looks like this:

Client Name (group by)	Client ID# (first)	Date of Most Recent Purchase: (max of purchase date)	Purchase Amnt	Date of Largest Purchase (purchase date)	Purchase Amnt (max of purchase amnt)	Other Info Field
ABC	1	11/13/2012	$14.00	7/15/2012	$423.00	misc
XYZ	2	11/1/2011	$180.00	10/12/2012	$480.00	misc

I can't get this to work at all. My first set of results gave me 3 - 4 lines per client, with the same information on each line.
Can someone suggest the best way to go about getting this information.
