    Remote Access

    Hi,

I have an Access database with multiple users using Access frontends onto a mdb backend on our network.

I want to convert it to go on our SQL server.

After that, will people in different cities be able to use the database using an Access frontend on their computer?

(assuming i can set it up right)

And will it be reasonably fast?

    Thanks.

Your Local Area Network is perhaps 100 times faster than the internet. You will probably want to look into a product like Citrix to get acceptable performance for those users using the internet for access.
