How to Link Tables using a multi-column index in database diagram

I have two tables that are linked by a multi-column index. How can I represent that in my database diagram. When I use the table drop down, it shows only columns, not indexes. Thanks, Eddie

What do you expect to see as far as an index is concerned.

When it lists the column names to pick from, I would have expected the indexes to be listed as well. Anyway, I solved this by selecting both columns one at a time and linking them to the corresponding columns in the link to table. Thanks for your help. Eddie
