    Help protect my database

Hello, I've developed a database for my office that will be run in several PC using Access Runtime 2007.

Users will be able to view and submit information onto the forms, but I do not want anyone to be able to edit the design or functionality of my tables and forms.

Is there anyway to protect my database like that, with a password only of my knowledge?

    Thanks.
