Using Access on a Mac through Remote Desktop

I've recently instigated a new timesheets DB for our company, many of whom work remotely, accessing files and working on an RDP. The Timesheets DB is access through the RDP. One of my colleagues accesses the RDP through his Macbook (the remainder of us all use Windows) - and he can use the system fine and all his records are posted ok. However, I am unable to see his entries when I search for them through my system? He can see other records entered through windows based systems.

It's almost as if there's a time lag?

I'm wondering if I'll be able to see his entries tomorrow?

    Its really weird?

    Any ideas please?

It is weird, because he, like the others, is actually working on the machine being RDP'd to, not the Mac. Are you looking directly in the table, or via a form that might have some sort of filtering being applied? Is he connecting to the same machine others are?

    Sorted
    Feel like a dummy
My colleague had copied the file on to his desktop - rather then creating a shortcut.
So he was using a totally separate DB
    Aagghhhh!!
