Mail merge is one way for Word to grab data from Access. This may be another http://support.microsoft.com/kb/100931

Word cannot get data from form or report.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Yes, can you post your Word document and database to see what you are doing.

Also, what version of office are you using ... 03 -07-2010?

    BorisGomel,

From Access and Word you can build a Word template document and place form textfields into the template where you want the data plugged in.

Then from Access you write VBA code to launch a word app and get the template data from the Access table that your form is built from.

See the attached image for design flow.

Maybe post your database (without the data) for more assistance.
