Don't think can use an 'insert' statement to import text file. Use the import/link wizard http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...001232227.aspx

    or VBA code
    1. DoCmd.TransferText
    2. http://forums.aspfree.com/microsoft-...vba-30159.html
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
