HELP!!!! Creating database.... Probably really easy for those who know...

I have been thrown in at the deep end with IT at my school and I have very little knowledge about access. I know a bit about computers but this is just beyond me. I need help because I have to teach this to the kids and would really appreciate it if someone could actually show me the solution to this problem and then I can work backwards from there. I have tried and not really succeeded. I will attach a link to the file which is the actual database that needs to be created. Thanks in advance....

That link is for a file that is not an Access database. It has a pdf extension but my computer does not recognize it as a pdf. For starters, review the 'sticky' thread tutorials at http://forums.aspfree.com/microsoft-access-help-18/

Lots of tutorial sources on the web. Here is one http://www.fontstuff.com/ebooks/free/index.htm
    Look at:
    Database Structure
    Table Relationships
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Sorry for the hassles with the document. I have attached the pdf file that should work now.... ANyone that can help please????!?!?!?!?!?! ?

Just to further clarify, I have attached the case study that needs the database created, I have tried and failed and would like to figure this out once and for all and if I can look at how someone who has a brain with access works it I should be able to figure it out. Thanks in advance

Ooops, turns out Adobe reader wasn't installed on this computer.
The solution is quite lengthy and involved. Not going to try to give you a step-by-step tutorial for the tasks. That would be writing a book. Review the links referenced, design your database schema and post it for analysis. Then start tackling the tasks of the assignment one by one. As you encounter specific issues, post question.

Get an introductory reference and work the tutorials.
