Exclamation Make accdb which has forms into accde so that VBA code remains hidden

    Hi

I have an Access database which has 18 forms. There is some VBA code in for the forms. I learnt that if we convert accdb file into accde the VBA code will be hidden from the users.

I tried to convert my accdb file into accde but as soon as I try to save it, the error shown in the below attachment is thrown.

So i created a new blank database and imported only the main form and tried to convert it into accde. Even then the same error is thrown.

    Kindly help. Thanks in advance.

As I have imported only one form from the database, it will not be compilable. Anyway, may i know the reason for compiling it.

You cannot make an accde unless the db will compile without error.

My original DB and all the forms in it are working fine. All the VBA code is compiling fine in the DB. Even then it is not converting into accde. As attached screen shots show, its saying that number of table IDs are greater than 2048 which i am unable to understand.

THe last thing I can think of to try is *importing* everything into a fresh new db and see if the problem follows. http://www.btabdevelopment.com/ts/impnew
