Alert user when inventory below minimum

Hey, I'm studying access now, and kind of a beginner.
I built a few tables, queries and forms, it's a toy store.
Now, in the inventory section, there's a minimum quantity for each item. I have designed an inventory form.
In case that the inventory for one of the items is below the minimum quantity, I would like to get a "jumping window".
Is this possible? Is this what called Macro? How do I do this, because so far I'm just wondering without a real success...

    Thank a Lot for answering!!

Describe your idea of a 'jumping window'.

You can have a report run that will give you info about inventory levels.

I'm sorry, but English is only a second language for me...
I want to have a popup window, alerting that the inventory level of this specific item is too low, and that we have to perform an order.

    Thanks!!

I changed your thread title to be more meaningful to future users than "Is it possible?".

Code needs to be in some event like a button click that opens a form or report or an autoexec macro that runs when the project first opens.
