Making a list on a report

Im trying to set up a report for employee training. I have a table with general employee informatoin such as employee number, first name, last name, senority date, etc. I ahve another table that shows employee number and training classes that they've attended.

I want to make a report that prints out each employess first and last name, their employee number and a list of the training classes that they've taken. The report will page break at each employee so when printed, each shit will be individual for each employee.

The best I'm getting so for though, it whenthe report runs, I get first, last, employee number and ONE training class, then the next page will be the same employee first, last, employee number and the second class, and so forth. But i just want the names and number to report one time with a list and not once for each field in the training list.

I dont know if the answer is in the report set-up or in how the query is built. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks

If you could upload your project so we can see it we could advise further, don't forget to strip out any confidential data. What you are asking for isn't out of the realms of reason.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm not sure how, or where to upload it at though.
