need query to extract not similar items from two tables

I have two tables with similar field names (item name, quantity) but the values are not always same e.g. of values are (pen, 45), (pencil, 100). I want to list the number of records from both tables where (item names are not same and qty is not more than 100 in second table).

Try a Find Unmatched query. Use the query wizard to help build. Access Help has guidelines on using wizard. Will probably need two queries. Each to count records in one table that don't match in the other.
To provide db: Make copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression if over 500KB (2MB zip allowed), attach to post. Attachment Manager is below the Advanced post editor window, click Go Advanced below the Quick Reply window.
