Access Tutorial and/or survey database help

The last time I posted, I asked for help in fixing/designing survey database that someone else had started. I got a couple of responses and from there I cobbled together something workable, but unwieldy. I ended up having to make six separate databases due to my lack of knowledge. I'm coming back to this project after time away and I'm hoping to fix it so that I can have it be one database again. I won't ask anyone to look at it but I am asking is there any online resources that can help with making a survey database, especially ones with good reports. And maybe a resources on how to code in VBA? And any other suggestions?

    Thanks.
