    Splitting group details

Hi, I am wondering if someone could please assit me with a problem I have setting up my report. Is there a way to keep the group details together and should it not fit on the 1st page, move that group to the next page and not split the details contained in that group.
    E.g.
    Investment group
    INVESTMENT PREMIUM VALUE
    Bank Name 100 300
    Details 1 25 100

    Details 2 25 100
    Details 3 50 100
    Date
    Comment
    Bank Name 200 500
    Details 1 25 100
    Details 2 25 100
    Details 3 50 100
    Details 4 50 100
    Details 5 50 100
    Date
    Comment
    -------- new page ----------------
I would like to have as many investment groups printed on a page because the the details vary from 1 - 10. However when it gets to the bottom of the page it splits the group and half the details are on one page and the other half on another page.

    Bank Name 200 500
    Details 1 25 100
    Details 2 25 100
    Details 3 50 100
    -------- new page ----------------
    Details 4 50 100
    Details 5 50 100
    Date
    Comment

    Is there a way to
keep the group and details together and if it does not fit on the page move the
group and details to another page?

It seems to me that the Sorting and Grouping has a "Keep the Group together on one page" selection.

    Hi RuralGuy
Thanks for the reply. I have checked all the grouping and it is setup to "keep grouping together". See attached sample report of what I and refering to. The last group (Cadiz), I would like to start on a new page and not be split up on page one.
How would I use VBA to keep the group togther and if it does not fit on the page, move to next page?

It looks like the Group Footer overflowed to the next page but the group details remained together. Is that true?

    Hi.
NO! If that last group had 2 or more investments under it, they would be on the second page. I think I have solved it with your advice on the sorting. I went made changed there and this is the result, which is what I wanted to achieved by keeping the groups togther. I am going run a few more test and get back to you. See attached.
