    export/import by email

I have created a database that I add referrals to, each referral goes to a different person. I created a query for each referral so that I can send the form by email and collect the data by return email. Is there an easier way?

    thanks.

Other than having users input directly to the database, perhaps through a web application, I don't see any easier way for the users. The web app might be harder on the developer (you). I have never built one. Sharepoint is supposed to be a tool for that.

yes, I understand sharepoint would be the optimum way to do this, however, our IT department has not released sharepoint to the "common" user as yet. Can a macro be created that will run the "create email" function and all it's prompts?

    thanks
