Question Want to lock field so you can only enter a 0 or a 2.

    Hello everyone!

I have created a database to store internal audit scores. I have created a form that we enter all the scores into and all the fields are 'all or nothing'. We have made some entry errors since we go through these so fast so I wanted to see if I could lock it so you can ONLY enter a 0 or a 2. Is there a way to do this? Please let me know if you would like any further information, I would be happy to provide it! Thank you for all of your assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Lanie

In either the table or the control (not both) set a "Validation Rule" of :

    0 Or 2

In the control properties dialog, it is under the DATA tab. You will have to enter a zero or a two to continue.
