Agree / Disagree Pull-Down Box with Forms

As part of a form, is there a template example somewhere out there that provides an example of the standard pull-down to the bottom of the screen before the "agree" illuminates?

    Thanks in advance.

Do you mean *scroll* down to the bottom of the form so the user can at least have a chance to read the entire form?

Yes. Absolutely no idea where to look, start, etc. I am building an access DB and some forms for my web page.

    Thanks for the reply.

How about putting the "agree" button down at the bottom so the user has to scroll down to press it.
